In 2023, it will additionally encompass 2008-2010 models. For Heavy Duty vehicles (GVW over 26.000), the 2020 regulations affect vehicle model years 2000 and older. Next year the regulations include 2001-2005. In 2022, vehicles from 2006 and 2007 and finally in 2023, 2008 through 2010 vehicles will be regulated.
